Customers using any part of this website are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (23%), unless otherwise specified. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payment must be made by PayPal or credit card (Stripe) and must be made in Euros. Catherine Victoria Ltd retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.
Ireland Delivery Times: 3 to 5 working days.
Mainland UK Delivery times: 5 to 7 working days.
Mainland Europe and International Delivery Times: Will vary depending on the destination. Upon purchase we will provide you with a quotation. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete.
The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer notifies Catherine Victoria Ltd that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Catherine Victoria Ltd will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to Catherine Victoria Ltd, Unit 1 North Park, North Road, Dublin 11.
The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Catherine Victoria Ltd, Unit 1 North Park, North Road, Dublin 11. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Catherine Victoria Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. CUSTOMS TAX & DUTY CHARGES
For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland , we cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges. If applicable the carrier may charge these upon delivery of the products and payment is required for successful delivery and acceptance of the products
